Working in music is a challenging place to work. From a lack of sleep, constantly being on the move and being away from friends and family, can all take a toll over the long term. Because the challenges are multifaceted and complex, we will be drawing insights and advice from experts across sectors, such as therapists, dieticians and sleep consultants.

Burnout happens due to the accumulation of stress over time. This course will help you:
Awareness. Identify the common challenges that artists experience, including the stressors that may at first appear insignificant.
Identify your unique needs. Everyone is unique, and so are their wellbeing needs. We will help you understand why identifying your unique needs is important and introduce a free tool to get your started.
Provide expert insights: from a leading Therapist, Registered Dietician and Sleep consultant.
Build community. Community is an essential part of our wellbeing. We’re a social species, and our stress response is activated when we perceive ourselves to be lonely or when we feel disconnected from others. With so much of our time being spent in front of screens, human connection is more critical than ever. Lets do this together.
